Word I got is that the Global Collateral Funds have been released in China at about 2 am
Tuesday. The Chinese Historical Bonds are being
redeemed.
Consider this to mean that global debt will be markedly reduced, if not eliminated, and funds for humanitarian and infrastructure projects, and funds which will build up the economy, will now become available.
I have suggested some platforms who who will be receiving and disseminating these funds, and some of them have been announced on Recaps as well.
