I am a Hapsburg and a von Mecklenburg and a von Strelitz and Grimaldi and von Liechtenstein and many other "bloodlines" run in my veins, but as with all things, we all have free will.  If you bother to look you will learn that I am connected by blood to all the ruling families of Europe and that my particular bloodlines go back to very ancient times.
Think of it in terms of dog breeds--- Dachshunds are born to hunt badgers and retrievers are bred to fetch. The bloodline families were bred to rule-- but what we rule is, for most of us, a choice. I have chosen to rule myself and find that a profound enough challenge to consume a lifetime, so that I have no wish to control or rule anyone else, nor any need to be ruled myself by others--- which is perhaps also very much to the point.
Too many people refuse to rule themselves, and so wind up being ruled by others.  They avoid the rigors of self-governance, and so fall under the domination of tyrants and con artists. And liars.
Hello?  Earth to Richard?  I am an American, born and bred in Wisconsin, to parents who were also born and bred in the Midwest.  My Father served in the 8th Army Air Force in WWII.  Got the picture?
These suppositions and rumors and gross assumptions that I am some kind of foreigner are nothing but ignorant slander and here I find more of this nonsense posted on Intel----- when you absolutely should know better and have no excuse for not asking.
The Supreme Allied Commander in WWII was named Eisenhower.  Ike was German. Wake up and smell the roses.
Same thing with all this stupid old lady gossip about the Vatican, the Vatican, the Vatican.  I am convinced that hardly anyone here has any idea what the "Vatican" is, and nobody is bothering to find out.  Let's start with the fact that it came into existence in 1929.  It's an international city state, a tiny little postage stamp country, where the Pope is king.  The Vatican isn't the problem and never has been, so you can all stop

ranting about "the Vatican".
Blaming the Vatican for the actions and inactions of the Holy See is like blaming a dog for the sins of its master. It's just as off-base and nonsensical as trying to make something "evil" out of my name and heritage.
If an Eisenhower could lead this country through the darkest days of WWII, I am certainly good enough to lend it some pointers now.
And no, I am not a "lawyer for the Vatican".

 My unpaid mission in behalf of Pope Benedict has been simple---  to demand correction of federal and federated state government operations to bring them back into compliance with The Constitution

for the united States of America.
If you ever took an oath to protect and defend "the constitution"---- please wake up and be aware that the actual and only constitution that you are supposed to be defending is "The Constitution for the united States of America" not "the Constitution of the United States of America" ---which is a look-alike, sound-alike fake.
The first pointer I want to give you and anyone who will listen is that the American military has been a big part of the problem, not the solution.  The Reconstruction Acts are still in effect.  And so is the Lieber Code.
The US Army has been directly responsible for guarding our money for 150 years and they have done a wretchedly poor job of it.
Want to be angry about the "Federal Reserve" and all its abuses?
Want to complain about the devaluation of your money and the corruption of the banking system?
Want to gripe about the corruption of the court system?  Taxes?  Brutality?  Foreclosures?  Child custody abuses?
Lincoln left the US Army in charge and they are still in charge and they are still getting it wrong, from Ulysses S. Grant to General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr.
Now you think--- and you tell others--- that General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. is stepping up and in to act as Vice-President and that Paul Ryan is supposedly slated to take over as President of Le Neu Republique----but even if this were to happen, it's not actually change.
It's just business as usual that you can see, as opposed to business as usual that you can't see.
The military officers have colluded with foreign bankers and politicians for six generations to defraud and ruin our country ever since the Civil War. I wish it wasn't true, but it is.  Le Neu Republique isn't the government we are owed; it is just another private, mostly foreign-owned governmental services corporation masquerading as the lawful government that the actual Constitution requires and which these men are

supposed to uphold.
We wouldn't be in the situation we are in except that the US military has served and sought after other masters and has allowed the corruption and suppression  of our lawful government. Exactly as Eisenhower warned--- the greatest danger to our peace and prosperity is the "military industrial complex"--- a nexus of self-interest and greed that enslaves the people it is supposed to serve.
There is only one Republic---- and its the Old Republic that is owed to the people of this nation.
The second pointer I will address, is that your crystal ball doesn't work.

Most things that sound too good to be true are too good to be true and to the extent that we naively believe them we are disappointed and oftentimes endangered by our own hopes-- because such hopes keep us waiting for someone or something beyond ourselves to come save us, change things, and make things better.
For many years now there has been talk and rumors of NESARA being enacted "secretly" and even at gunpoint.
My Mother worked with and for General Schwesinger. I was young, but I remember the major points. They fought it all the way through the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court agreed with them--- but nothing happened.
Why?
Because the federal corporation responsible was bankrupt and the Congress operating other federal corporations would have to apportion money to settle the debt as a Successor organization, which Congress declined to do. NESARA was introduced as remedy for the Farm Union cases by a lone Congressman and he was laughed out of Washington.

Since then many years have passed and nothing much has changed. The bankruptcy of "the United States of America, Inc." was concluded in 1999 with all debts settled and discharged.
Fearing at one point that NESARA might gain political traction, Congress went back and "tweaked" the original proposed legislation, corrupting and twisting it into something different entirely and beneficial to themselves and their aims, instead of providing any actual remedy.
Anyone who cares to can go on the THOMAS system or MANTA and check the status of any action on NESARA -- either version. Last time I looked -- a few months back-- there hasn't been any movement on NESARA since the 1990's.
So what possible excuse can there be for encouraging people to put their hopes in NESARA, much less GESARA?
None that I can see. Just feel good BS as opposed to scare-us-silly BS?
And the harm in that is that it keeps people twiddling their thumbs and patiently waiting for Santa Claus and a Christmas morning that never comes.
They should be up and marching in the streets, demanding their rights as the Priority Creditors of the UNITED STATES , INC. and thundering down on the members of Congress and demanding that the UNITED STATES, INC. be denied any protection from the courts.
That is what should be happening, in my rational opinion, but instead you have all these folks following along waiting for fairytales while the farm is being sold out from under their feet and Richard-- that leaves me and a handful of others to stand in the doorway alone facing The Beast.
So there is the very real harm in all this hope and joy twaddle about NESARA and GESARA.
There will be a "currency reset". The so-called elite have planned it for their own gross benefit for over a hundred years, so it will happen absent divine intervention. How it will happen and when it will happen in the public view is anyone's guess--- but it is happening now on private trading platforms so it is a no-brainer that it will eventually go public.
And what does that REALLY mean?
The rats who ripped off our parents and grandparents and us, too, all our lives--- will get even richer by selling what should be our own inheritance back to us at wildly inflated prices.
Whoopee, Richard. Is this something for people to wait for like children in great anticipation, thinking that they are going to get rich on their modest investments?
When the truth is that they will be lucky to realize any actual benefit at all?
Remember that old Bible passage about people throwing their gold and silver in the streets in despair?
It will be better to have a box of oatmeal on the shelf and a roll of toilet paper to call your own, but you aren't telling people that. Instead you all keep hyping them up with happy little get rich quick aspirations: pay almost nothing for Zim and Dinar and walk away with your pockets loaded down.
Right.
Quite apart from the immoral aspects of what this implies, what do you suppose the guys like David Rockefeller are doing? And what affect do you think that will have on the value of everything you are promoting?
Some days I just get up and shake my head.
As we are speaking the Rockefellers are quietly putting their "Councils of County Governments" in place. These are the county level versions of the "Councils of State Governments" they put in place back in the 1930's. They think that once they get all the incorporated counties to join these new arbitrarily defined "Super County" organizations, they will be able to claim that they have established "exclusive legislative jurisdiction" over the United States.
That means that we will be considered "conquered" people, and treated like the Native Americans were treated by these same Dutch vermin.
Are you warning the American people to block any movement toward forming councils of county governments and to stop participating in any councils of state governments?
No.
Are you even doing the service of explaining the importance of their political status to them, so that they can avoid the miseries of being considered "citizens" and losing everything they have for pennies on the dollar.
No.
So far, Richard, it is business as usual in the District of Columbia. The UNITED STATES, INC. is being liquidated without a whisper. THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC. has been entered into Chapter 11. The world is lined up at our doorstep placing claims against our property for debts we don't owe, yet the American people sleep on, unaware of the gross lies and false claims that their "Allies"--- the British and the French - have told about them, and all the sleazy deals that members of the US military have made--- supposedly in our behalf while we are falsely considered to be "rebels" and under military occupation.
Can you finally begin to smell the very large crock of feces under your nose? How about the reek of millions of innocent dead bodies?
If this were a joke, if it didn't matter, if people were not being critically endangered by their gullibility and their willingness to believe fairytales, I would shut up and let them believe whatever they wanted to believe--- but that is not the situation, Richard.
Our country and our people are being prepared to be sacrificed and robbed by real life monsters--- and all you seem willing to do is keep them quietly, passively waiting for the ax to fall and trying to discredit me and everyone else who tells them to wake up and get moving.
Did you notice that "US Treasurer" Rosa Gumataotao Rios left office in July and nobody replaced her?
Still trying to explain me away as some evil foreign agent of the Vatican? Maybe you should explain what the office of "US Treasurer" is and why there isn't one anymore?
General Joseph F. Dunford, Jr. knows the answer, but he isn't doing anything about it. Instead he is preparing a fake "interim" government to serve as the new front of the old organization, and you are preparing to support this action with a whole new roster of explanatory fairytales.
No doubt you will try to tell what is left of the American people that all the stupidity and carnage and destruction to come was somehow "necessary" and that I was the one at fault for it all--- and the incurably gullible will believe you.
The question is, Richard, when do you stop believing all this garbage yourself?

Despite strenuous efforts by the Rothschilds and the bloodline families, the Khazarian mafia dominoes keep falling one by one. The resignations or announced resignations of Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, French President Francois Hollande, European Parliament President Martin Shulz, New Zealand Prime Minister John Key, and the defeat of Khazarian drug dealing gangster Nicolas Sarkozy are the latest falling dominoes.
There is now a major campaign unfolding to remove remaining senior Rothschild agents like the so-called “Vladimir Putin” of Russia (the real Putin died long ago), Chinese strongman Xi Jinping, Japanese slave Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and Hitler daughter Angela Merkel in Germany, according to multiple sources in China, Russia, the US, Japan and elsewhere.
The shockwaves caused by the fall of Italy’s Renzi will be the biggest for now, because it paves the way for the election of a Five Star Movement government that promises to leave the Euro. There will be a “world of hurt” in the Italian banking system as a result that will only speed up either the re-introduction of the Italian Lira or else lead to the possible creation of a new Mediterranean currency, P2 Freemason sources say. A Mediterranean currency would co-exist with a revived Deutschemark that would take over the rump of the Euro in Northern Europe, the sources say.
The Rothschilds and the bloodlines are fighting back hard and are pulling all the stops they can to try to prevent US President Elect Donald Trump from taking power with their big push for vote recounts in the US, sources in the US Green party, the Rothschild family and CIA all agree. The push is headed for “a hard and fast 13 December deadline mandated by Title 3, U.S. Code, Section 5 that each of the individual American States must have concluded all controversies related to their voting and submit their Electors for the 19 December Electoral Collage vote to install that nations’ next leader,” CIA sources say.

The photograph is real as far as I can tell. Notice, for example the white cloth or paper around the fingers, they seem to be there so that people have something to hold on to as they rip them off. Also, notice the tied up children, who are most likely designated as “desert.” We are sworn to avenge this woman and her many fellow victims.
Former Khazarian sex slaves in Europe are also sending us credible evidence of hunting of 14 and 16 year old boys and girls by members of the European royalty.

In any case, returning to the world of nation state geopolitics, Russian FSB sources last week contacted the White Dragon Society to ask “whatever happened to the BRICS alliance?” They were told that now that Donald Trump had been elected US President, the world was going to move against opposing blocs fighting each other and move towards everybody being friendly with each other. They were happy to hear this.
Unfortunately, there is still a bit of fighting and horse trading ahead of us before we can move to world peace and love.
The key still remains control over the world financial system and thus control of the process for deciding what humanity does in the future. Since the bloodline families still control a lot of the financial system it means they will either have to be totally defeated or else a compromise will have to be reached with the benevolent factions (these do exist) within the bloodlines. It also means ultimately coming to some sort of new power sharing arrangement between Asia and the West. All of this is being negotiated and or fought over.
One still unresolved question has to do with control of the $2 trillion a year in oil and gas revenue from the Middle East. Here, the forces allied with Syria and Russia are winning against those allied with Saudi Arabia and Qatar. The problem is while the Saudi and Qatari oil is linked to the Satanic Bush, Clinton and Rockefeller families, the Russian oil giant Gazprom that is emerging victorious in the Syrian pipeline war is controlled by equally Satanic Jacob de Rothschild.

That is why Russian FSB and NSA sources both insist first that the real Vladimir Putin was murdered and second that the look-alikes playing his role are Rothschild puppets.
The other problem is that Asian secret society, CIA and NSA sources agree that Chinese President Xi Jinping also works for the Rothschilds. The Rothschilds transferred their gold and most of US and European industry to China over the past many years because they knew an immune reaction against their rule was beginning in the West.
The Dragon family and the Chinese military intelligence community know that for a country to accept the Khazarian mafia is like for an individual to start taking amphetamines. At first there is a lot of energy and a great high but later your body is devastated and your life shortened.
That is why the Chinese military, the Russian military and the US military have begun an alliance against the Khazarians.
This can be seen most recently from President elect Trump’s selection of Elaine Chao as Transportation Secretary because “she is another back channel to China with ties to Jiang Zemin to pressure Xi,” Pentagon sources say. It is well known that her father, James S.C. Chao, who owns a shipping line, was classmates with Jiang and they have kept in touch ever since. Jiang’s faction is known to be very influential in the Chinese military and intelligence community.
“Her ships are never checked for anything, both in China and the States,” was what a CIA source in Asia had to say about her. The Chaos have long been close to the Bush family but are now distancing themselves, other CIA sources say.
A deal involving Asian gold and hard currency is being negotiated by the US and Chinese militaries, according to a source involved in the negotiations. The bloodline families are also trying to negotiate some sort of deal as well, a bloodline family source says.
Finally, CIA sources in Asia say the sudden resignation of New Zealand’s Prime Minister “is directly connected to what is going on at ‘The Base’ in Antarctica…..John Key knows what is about to happen and he does not want to be at the helm of his country’s government when it does.” The source was reluctant to give more detail but hinted it had to do with the imminent arrival of “the fleet.” He was not referring to a naval fleet.

What I Know About the "Reign of Heaven Society" and "The United States of America"

The Reign of Heaven Society was founded by Frank O’Collins, a Jesuit priest who was also a scion of the Collins Bloodline Illuminati.  He denounced the Roman Catholic Church as the “Roman Cult” and left a very privileged position in the Vatican as a result of his own research into the history and law and politics of the Church.  

Frank was, and perhaps is----he vanished some time ago and nobody knows where he is, whether he is alive or dead----one of the most brilliant scholars of this or any other generation, and certainly one of the most generous and courageous in sharing his knowledge.  He ferreted out information that makes Edward Snowden’s revelations pale by comparison and shared it on his websites.

He systematically exposed the corruption and the self-interested venal practices of the Roman Catholic Church as opposed to the Universal Catholic Church, and explained in detail the odd hybrid that the Roman Catholic Church became under Constantine and the editing pen of St. Jerome.  The Roman Catholic Church is in fact an amalgamation of both Christian and pagan Satanic practices of the Ancient Sumerians, and uses both The Truth and The Lie to gain and retain and exercise power. Thus, like the society it spawns, the Roman Catholic Church is an institution at perpetual war.

Frank also realized that the schism between Eastern Orthodoxy and the Roman Church was far more than a difference of details or dogma, and was actually because --- as the Eastern Patriarch claimed—the Roman Church rewrote history to suit itself without regard for the truth.

Betrayed by what he had given his life to, Frank sought to correct the record and to declare peace--- put an end to the perpetual war between Good and Evil by recognizing that it is all part of the same whole, ruled over by the One Eternal Magnum Mysterium.

In Frank’s research, the only reason Lucifer and his minions are allowed to exist is to test the rest of us.  That being so, why should the Test Administrator be condemned or any eternal “war” exist?  Why not just declare peace with Lucifer, recognize what the condition of our world is, and be done with it?  So that’s what Frank did.  He declared peace with Lucifer and the entire demonic realm.

His other major effort, equally controversial, was to create an entire codex of new law governing everything from the time standard (UCT) to the handling of petty disputes and the establishment of a “heavenly jural assembly” ---- the Reign of Heaven Society--- to adjudicate absolutely everything down to the proper conduct of dog training.  

To become a member, one had to sign away their soul and agree to the Peace Treaty with Lucifer and the entire contract of new laws and standards, the Pactum Singularis, created by Frank O’Collins.

Membership in this elitist group was cut off by a certain date and time---- the onset of Winter Solstice in 2012, I believe, was the last moment to reserve your place in this organization as a full member.  Everyone else was from then on to be considered a lesser being and condemned to either ignorance or subjugation or both.

Having learned the ugly secrets of one elitist, arrogant, oppressive, secretive hierarchy, Frank’s answer was to create his own elitist, arrogant, oppressive, secretive hierarchy to replace the one he left behind. 

Frank was so indoctrinated in the Jesuit mindset that he couldn’t imagine anything else.

I read the entire One Heaven website back in 2011 and thought about it, but I couldn’t stomach it.  I very much appreciate Frank’s scholarship and his yearning for justice and peace, but his answer----the Reign of Heaven Jural Society--- can never pass muster with me.

I believe that the only True Judge is my Lord and that the Mercy Seat of God is my inheritance.  I believe that the people of this country’s land jurisdiction are owed their own jural assemblies and their own conscience and freewill, their own national law, without any nods or winks to the Reign of Heaven Jural Society.  

I don’t believe that it is in my place, or Frank O’Collins’, to declare any peace with Lucifer. 

The Victor is the only one who can declare the peace, and as Lucifer hasn’t won, neither he nor his minions are in any position to say anything about the terms or conditions.  So far as I know, their only option is to repent or be utterly condemned, and no earthbound assembly has anything to say about it.

A year or so after I had absorbed the information on Frank’s websites, and decided against joining the Reign of Heaven Society, they became involved with another group led by Keith Livingway – the organization calling itself “The United States of America”.  

When, how, or why the Reign of Heaven (Jural) Society got involved with “The United States of America” group, I don’t know.  What I do know is that Frank O’Collins disappeared and the whole thing has the smell and appearance of a Palace Coup---- I have to assume that the Jesuits struck back, co-opted the organization Frank built, and then associated it with another organization that had a claim--- however slim and specious—to give the Reign of Heavens group a basis for political power aspirations.

Keith Livingway has for some years labored under the delusion that he “captured” the office of the Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States by placing a “Claim on Abandonment” on it during bankruptcy proceedings of The United States of America, Inc. formed in 1868.  The office he claims to own is “Postmaster General”--- a corporate office that never existed until after the Civil War, and not associated with the unincorporated office known as “United States Post Master” that Benjamin Franklin occupied as Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States.

Another “deceptively similar names” fraud scheme is what I see in Keith Livingway’s claim, and when I tried to inform Mr. Livingway of my concerns, all he could do was snarl and snap and go silent. I take it from that that he doesn’t have any answers nor any valid claim to authority.

The entire jurisdictional scheme splitting up the earth into “air, land, and sea” has been created by, administered by and enforced by the Roman Catholic Church.  Period. 

The Trustees of air, land, and sea are appointed directly and only by the Pope.

Trying to claim that you are the Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States without an appointment by the Pope is like trying to claim that you are King David without a circumcision.

I sympathize with all those who are genuinely confused, and condemn all those who are not confused but nonetheless trying to take advantage of the situation.

So far as I know, the only man holding an office competent to claim control of the office of the United States Post Master is James Thomas McBride.  To the best of my knowledge and belief, Pope Benedict XVI duly appointed James Thomas McBride to act as Post Master of North America, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico.  In other words, Pope Benedict XVI created a new Regional Trustee Office in the existing system and granted Mr. McBride oversight, responsibility, and control of the land jurisdiction of all three North American countries, hoping to straighten out what has been called, “The Mess”. 

At the same time, Pope Benedict XVI gave James Thomas McBride the Seal of St. Peter, otherwise known as the Seventh Seal, which controls the “storehouses of the Lord” and the use of which signals the return of Christ and the Latter Days in which the “storehouses of the Lord will be poured out”.  The intent of this bequest was to enable Mr. McBride to access various Historic Trust accounts---- set aside by the Roman Catholic Church over the course of centuries to provide for a new economic system and plentiful relief to all those in need.

Obviously, a new banking system and a new world financial system based on the Doctrine of Abundance instead of the same old fraud based on the Doctrine of Scarcity was not to the liking of those who have so ignobly profited themselves via the old system of control, judgment, and oppression enforced via poverty and physical deprivation. 

The perpetrators of the vast fraud that has ensnared most of the world since WWII wasted no time in using their commercial mercenary thugs to bring false charges against Mr. McBride and then railroaded him through a kangaroo court trial in one of their private commercial tribunals asserting jurisdiction they never possessed in the first place.  They literally stole the Seal of St. Peter and they imagine that as long as they have this exquisite object d’Art in their possession, they can prevent the release of the “storehouses of the Lord”.

This all goes to show just how childish, selfish, ignorant, and deluded these people really are.

No power on Earth can stop it.  No possession of any bauble in the material world can dictate the timing nor the outcome. It is certain as rain falling and wind blowing that the storehouses will empty of their earthly treasures to serve the true Children of God, and it is also as certain that the wrath of God against those who have abused and lied to and starved and enslaved his Children will not be stopped by anything but the most pure, most absolute, and most loving repentance by those responsible for the suffering of so many innocent people.

My advice to the Reign of Heaven (Jural) Society?   Those who condemn shall be condemned.  Those who set themselves on high will be brought low.  I would waste no time in repenting any association with this organization.  It has declared forgiveness to the Adversary which is not theirs to give. If you are found feasting with Lucifer and forgiving him and setting yourselves up as judges over the rest of humanity, what end can you possibly expect?  

My advice to Keith Livingway and the rest of the party hearties trying to front themselves as “The United States of America”----- give it up.  There are at least three other organizations making the same claims, none of which hold water---- but at least two of which are more honest and far better funded.

When it comes time and the American People are regrouped and organized, they will choose what services they want and they will also choose who will provide them.  It won’t be left up to chance or circumstance or any backroom deals.

My further advice to The New Republic (aka “Le Neu Republique”) and “The United States of America” (in Costa Rica) and The Republic for the united States of America (RuSA) and “Unity States” as well---- if you do care two pennies for the welfare of this country and the rest of the world, make it your business to help the people of this country restore their lawful land jurisdiction government ----county by county, state by state.  Then you will have shown some merit worthy of consideration.

Stop playing the same old tiresome non-disclosure and semantic deceit games, jostling around telling fairytales and trying to seize control of all those juicy federal contracts.  The people who pay the bills have come home and they are going to have their say about who provides government services.

The Reign of Heaven Society was founded by Frank O’Collins, a Jesuit priest who was also a scion of the Collins Bloodline Illuminati.  He denounced the Roman Catholic Church as the “Roman Cult” and left a very privileged position in the Vatican as a result of his own research into the history and law and politics of the Church.  

Frank was, and perhaps is----he vanished some time ago and nobody knows where he is, whether he is alive or dead----one of the most brilliant scholars of this or any other generation, and certainly one of the most generous and courageous in sharing his knowledge.  He ferreted out information that makes Edward Snowden’s revelations pale by comparison and shared it on his websites.

He systematically exposed the corruption and the self-interested venal practices of the Roman Catholic Church as opposed to the Universal Catholic Church, and explained in detail the odd hybrid that the Roman Catholic Church became under Constantine and the editing pen of St. Jerome.  The Roman Catholic Church is, in fact, an amalgamation of both Christian and pagan satanic practices of the Ancient Sumerians, and uses both The Truth and The Lie to gain and retain and exercise power. Thus, like the society it spawns, the Roman Catholic Church is an institution at perpetual war.

Frank also realized that the schism between Eastern Orthodoxy and the Roman Church was far more than a difference of details or dogma, and was actually because --- as the Eastern Patriarch claimed—the Roman Church rewrote history to suit itself without regard for the truth.

Betrayed by what he had given his life to, Frank sought to correct the record and to declare peace--- put an end to the perpetual war between Good and Evil by recognizing that it is all part of the same whole, ruled over by the One Eternal Magnum Mysterium.

In Frank’s research, the only reason lucifer and his minions are allowed to exist is to test the rest of us.  That being so, why should the Test Administrator be condemned or any eternal “war” exist?  Why not just declare peace with lucifer, recognize what the condition of our world is, and be done with it?  So that’s what Frank did.  He declared peace with lucifer and the entire demonic realm.

His other major effort, equally controversial, was to create an entire codex of new law governing everything from the time standard (UCT) to the handling of petty disputes and the establishment of a “heavenly jural assembly” ---- the Reign of Heaven Society--- to adjudicate absolutely everything down to the proper conduct of dog training.  

To become a member, one had to sign away their soul and agree to the Peace Treaty with lucifer and the entire contract of new laws and standards, the Pactum Singularis, created by Frank O’Collins.

Membership in this elitist group was cut off by a certain date and time---- the onset of Winter Solstice in 2012, I believe, was the last moment to reserve your place in this organization as a full member.  Everyone else was from then on to be considered a lesser being and condemned to either ignorance or subjugation or both.

Having learned the ugly secrets of one elitist, arrogant, oppressive, secretive hierarchy, Frank’s answer was to create his own elitist, arrogant, oppressive, secretive hierarchy to replace the one he left behind. 

Frank was so indoctrinated in the Jesuit mindset that he couldn’t imagine anything else.

I read the entire One Heaven website back in 2011 and thought about it, but I couldn’t stomach it.  I very much appreciate Frank’s scholarship and his yearning for justice and peace, but his answer----the Reign of Heaven Jural Society--- can never pass muster with me.

I believe that the only True Judge is my Lord and that the Mercy Seat of God is my inheritance.  I believe that the people of this country’s land jurisdiction are owed their own jural assemblies and their own conscience and freewill, their own national law, without any nods or winks to the Reign of Heaven Jural Society.  

I don’t believe that it is in my place, or Frank O’Collins’, to declare any peace with lucifer. 

The Victor is the only one who can declare the peace, and as lucifer hasn’t won, neither he nor his minions are in any position to say anything about the terms or conditions.  So far as I know, their only option is to repent or be utterly condemned, and no earthbound assembly has anything to say about it.

A year or so after I had absorbed the information on Frank’s websites, and decided against joining the Reign of Heaven Society, they became involved with another group led by Keith Livingway – the organization calling itself “The United States of America”.  

When, how, or why the Reign of Heaven (Jural) Society got involved with “The United States of America” group, I don’t know.  What I do know is that Frank O’Collins disappeared and the whole thing has the smell and appearance of a Palace Coup---- I have to assume that the Jesuits struck back, co-opted the organization Frank built, and then associated it with another organization that had a claim--- however slim and specious—to give the Reign of Heavens group a basis for political power aspirations.

Keith Livingway has for some years labored under the delusion that he “captured” the office of the Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States by placing a “Claim on Abandonment” on it during bankruptcy proceedings of The United States of America, Inc. formed in 1868.  The office he claims to own is “Postmaster General”--- a corporate office that never existed until after the Civil War, and not associated with the unincorporated office known as “United States Post Master” that Benjamin Franklin occupied as Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States.

Another “deceptively similar names” fraud scheme is what I see in Keith Livingway’s claim, and when I tried to inform Mr. Livingway of my concerns, all he could do was snarl and snap and go silent. I take it from that that he doesn’t have any answers nor any valid claim to authority.

The entire jurisdictional scheme splitting up the earth into “air, land, and sea” has been created by, administered by and enforced by the Roman Catholic Church.  Period. 

The Trustees of air, land, and sea are appointed directly and only by the Pope.

Trying to claim that you are the Trustee of the land jurisdiction of the United States without an appointment by the Pope is like trying to claim that you are King David without a circumcision.

I sympathize with all those who are genuinely confused, and condemn all those who are not confused but nonetheless trying to take advantage of the situation.

So far as I know, the only man holding an office competent to claim control of the office of the United States Post Master is James Thomas McBride.  To the best of my knowledge and belief, Pope Benedict XVI duly appointed James Thomas McBride to act as Post Master of North America, including Canada, the United States, and Mexico.  In other words, Pope Benedict XVI created a new Regional Trustee Office in the existing system and granted Mr. McBride oversight, responsibility, and control of the land jurisdiction of all three North American countries, hoping to straighten out what has been called, “The Mess”. 

At the same time, Pope Benedict XVI gave James Thomas McBride the Seal of St. Peter, otherwise known as the Seventh Seal, which controls the “storehouses of the Lord” and the use of which signals the return of Christ and the Latter Days in which the “storehouses of the Lord will be poured out”.  The intent of this bequest was to enable Mr. McBride to access various Historic Trust accounts---- set aside by the Roman Catholic Church over the course of centuries to provide for a new economic system and plentiful relief to all those in need.

Bolstered by a hearty endorsement from the Pope, the Vatican plunged into a new age today, launching its own dedicated YouTube channel, www.youtube.com/vaticanit.

Initially available in Italian, English, German and Spanish, the ad-free site gives the Church an official presence in the fast-moving, anarchic world of new technology. Type "Vatican" into YouTube's search engine and the first video to appear is entitled "The Devil in the Vatican" and claims that the modern Church has gone over to the other side. The second argues that "Nazi Germany was a creation of the Vatican and the Jesuits". Now the Vatican has the means to fight back.

"The Vatican Television Centre and Vatican Radio have been producing video news on the Pope's activities every day for over a year," said the papal spokesman Father Federico Lombardi. "Now they are ready to make this jump into the global arena."

The Vatican's fusty facade has long concealed a tech-savvy interior: its solemn-looking web site, www.vatican.va , is a treasure trove, and was once nominated for a Webby award.

Pope Benedict said the new technologies were "a gift to humanity". By communicating online, he said, we are responding to God, "who desires to make of all humanity one family. When we find ourselves drawn towards other people ? we are responding to God's call." But he warned that "if the desire for virtual connectedness becomes obsessive" it can damage "healthy human development".
